Filthy fifty

50 box jumps, 24" box
50 jumping pull ups
50 KB swings, 1 pood
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbows
50 push press, 45#
50 back extensions
50 wall ball shots, 20#
50 burpees
50 double unders

Time - 38:10

Once again, I was killed by the burpees, knees to elbows and double unders (though the latter are getting better). I had to break up the wall balls some too. It was also HOT.
